RAMZAAN SPECIAL


Ramzaan sweets are one the reasons why we look forward to the holy month of Ramadan. In India, all festivals are incomplete without dessert recipes. Ramadan is no exception. It’s the Ramzaan sweets and delicacies that comprise the flavor of the season. Ramzaan sweets are also very good for pious Muslims who are fasting from dawn to dusk. PHIRNI

BOONDHI

Boondi is the most famous & traditional sweets, is being distributed during the auspicious 27th day of Ramazan. AS from the past 50 years has been preparing & distributing Boondi to all the mosques in the town.

KAJU HALWA

This is probably the only halwa recipe using kaju (cashew) that can be prepared in less than half an hour. Kaju halwa is a delicious recipe of cashews and milk, the kaju is in fact sauteed in ghee (clarified butter).
