Founded by Late Janab Syed Ahmed Sahib, the journey began with a vision to bring authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and heartfelt service to every customer. In 1990, the reins were passed on to his son, Janab Syed Jamal Ahmed Sahib, who continues to serve as the Chairman. With his leadership, the bakery expanded its offerings and strengthened its reputation for quality, blending time-honored recipes with modern innovations.

Carrying the family legacy forward, the third generation, Janab Syed Siraj Ahmed Sahib, now leads as the Managing Director, guided by the wisdom of his father.
